Topview One is a bright two-bedroom apartment located on the third (top) floor of a well-maintained residential building in Unterseen. The apartment features two separate bedrooms with queen-size beds (sleeps 4), a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. From the private balcony, you enjoy open alpine panorama views. Being on the top floor provides added privacy, natural light, and elevated scenery. Please note: the building does not have a lift. The apartment is accessed via approximately five short flights of stairs (each flight has around six steps). The apartment is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a quiet and comfortable base near Interlaken. Registered Guests Only Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval from the host. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and inside the building. If guests wish to smoke, they must do so outside and dispose of cigarette waste properly. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted in the apartment. Pets Pets are not allowed unless previously approved by the host. Care of the Apartment Guests are expected to treat the apartment, furniture, and appliances with care. Any damage or missing items must be reported to the host as soon as possible. Guests may be responsible for costs resulting from damage during their stay. Lost Keys / Access Devices If keys or access devices are lost or damaged, guests may be responsible for replacement costs. Guests should ensure the door is properly locked when leaving the apartment. Minimum Age for Booking The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property during the reservation. Bookings made for third parties are not permitted. Local Tourist Tax Local tourist taxes are collected according to municipal regulations. Guests will receive the Interlaken Guest Card, which provides free or discounted local transportation and other benefits.

Detailed instructions and the door code will be sent on the morning of arrival to ensure a smooth and flexible arrival. Guests staying overnight receive the Interlaken Guest Card, which provides free local bus transportation in the Interlaken area and additional visitor benefits. If your reservation includes parking, one private parking space is available and instructions will be provided before arrival. As a small welcome, guests are invited to visit Hangar 32 Bar in Unterseen for a complimentary drink during their stay. The bar opens at 17:00 and is closed on Sundays. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours starting at 22:00.
